Dyania Health’s technology de-identifies and derives clinically accurate meaning from unstructured and structured EMR-based patient data to automate manual chart review, a process commonly used in pre-screening patients for clinical trials, researching biomarkers, and running in-silico synthetic studies. Our algorithms are specialized for therapeutic areas treating oncology and autoimmune diseases, as well as other indications, and feature a proprietary temporal awareness component to determine patient journeys and disease progression over time. We provide services for pharmaceutical companies for several applications including: (1) patient pre-screening based complex criteria for trial enrollment, (2) synthetic external control arms, (3) biomarker and data analysis for optimizing protocols and (4) predicting enrollment potential at selected trial sites. We are HIPAA compliant and, while having our main base in the US, we also have a presence in the EU and can comply with GDPR related data privacy components. Once contracted with a pharmaceutical company running a study, we undergo an IT infrastructure process and set up at each trial site (already selected trial sites for a specific study). Our existing trial site relationships represent approx. 40 MM patient lives across the U.S.
